Exchange Fees

Exchange fees are monthly charges required by the exchanges for the right to view real-time data. They are included in the IQ Chart monthly subscription fee, and all fees are paid directly by us to the exchanges.

Exchange fees are as follows for IQ Chart Real-Time subscribers:

Non-Professionals:
NYSE (U.S.)	$1.00/month
AMEX (U.S.)	$1.00/month
NASDAQ Level I (U.S.)	$1.00/month
Options: OPRA (U.S.)	$1.00/month
Indices: S & P Cash Indexes (U.S.)	$0.50/month
E-mini Futures: Chicago Mercantile Exchange	$15.00/month

You are a non-professional if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are subscribing in your own individual capacity and not on behalf of a firm.
• You use the information solely in connection with your individual personal investment activities and not in connection with any trade or business activities.
• You receive the information only at your stated location and via the identified equipment and do not furnish the information to any other persons.

You are a professional if you do not meet all non-professional criteria or:

• You are a securities broker-dealer, registered representative, investment advisor, futures commission merchant, commodities introducing broker or commodity trading advisor, member of the Securities Exchange or Association or Futures Contract market, or any owner, partner, or associated person of the foregoing.
• You are employed by a bank or an insurance company or an affiliate of either to perform functions related to securities or commodity futures investment or trading activity.
