Billing Policy

Please read IQ Chart's entire billing policy:

• You will receive two weeks of IQ CHART FREE as a trial period beginning on the day you register. The free trial period can only be used once per person or household.
• After the two week free trial period expires, you will be billed for the following month of service. As long as you continue to use the service, you will be billed monthly on this anniversary date. You may cancel anytime. Simply send us an e-mail to cancel@iqchart.com or fill out the cancellation request form.
• Cancellations for paying subscribers become effective at the end of the month in which IQChart receives notice of cancellation.
• Exchange fees apply to "Real-Time" subscribers only and are included in the price.
• Exchange fees for E-mini Futures apply only if you subscribe to IQ Chart with E-minis. They are non-refundable and due whether you cancel IQ Chart within the free trial period or not.
